Policy Statement on The Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013

As a business-to-business supplier, R4nk1n Consultancy Limited is committed to environmental protection and acknowledges the importance of the WEEE Regulations in reducing waste impact.

These regulations promote the recycling and responsible reuse of materials from electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its life cycle, while also aiming to prevent such waste from being sent to landfill.

Electrical and electronic equipment covered by WEEE is marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol, indicating that it must not be disposed of as general waste.

Customers intending to dispose of existing equipment in compliance with WEEE must notify us when placing an order for new equipment. A disposal charge will apply, and all price lists and quotations exclude end-of-life disposal costs.

Sales orders are accepted on the condition that customers assume full responsibility for the disposal of used WEEE equipment unless written notice is provided at or before the time of ordering. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of this responsibility.

R4nk1n Consultancy Limited offers a chargeable collection and disposal service in accordance with WEEE regulations.

For R4nk1n products supplied to EU member states outside the UK, the local importer or distributor must arrange disposal in compliance with local regulations.
