Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm using a large 18-ton lorry with a tail lift.


Please ensure that doorways and road access are sufficient before placing your order.

Failed deliveries may incur abortive delivery charges. If no one is available to receive the goods at the time of delivery, the attempt will be aborted, and applicable charges may apply. Deliveries are made as curb side drops. While the delivery person may assist in moving the goods within the premises at their discretion, R4nk1n is not responsible for any damage that may occur during this process.


We will provide approximate delivery dates once your order is placed. You can also inquire about available delivery dates prior to ordering by sending us your details / postcode.


R4nk1n is not liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from late delivery (including loss of profit) or for any other claims for compensation, as traffic delays and similar issues are beyond our control.
Please provide the best contact number at checkout for delivery notifications. A booking call will be made on the day of delivery, and if unanswered, this may result in an aborted delivery with associated charges. If no one is present to receive the goods upon delivery, the attempt will be aborted, and charges may apply.

Returns

If your items arrive damaged or with missing parts, please notify us immediately and ensure the issue is noted on the delivery driver’s delivery note. Claims for missing or damaged items will not be accepted if they are not reported at the time of delivery.

Signed delivery notes without specified damage or that remain unchecked by the customer will not be accepted for damage or missing claims made after delivery.

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals and documentation. Authorised returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellations

You may cancel your purchase before delivery, provided the item has not been dispatched. However, a minimum charge of 3% of the order value will apply to cover the administrative costs.

If the customer cancels after the items have left the warehouse but before unpacking, a fee of up to 25% of the invoice value may be charged. If cancellation occurs after the items have been unpacked, a charge of up to 60% of the invoice value may apply. Additional delivery fees may be incurred for restocking the item.
